Teddy Bear as a skipping activity!
One person go in, do one round of Teddy Bear, then exit. The next person jumps in and does the same.
Also doing a Figure 8 would be fun.

Goal for the week by amber

My goals for the are to start with 5 half push-ups and add one each day. I will start with 10 cruches and add one each day. I will also start with 5 sit-ups and add one each day.

Oh! To be able to do a push-up!


My push-up goal is to be able to do 10 on-my-toes pushups after 7 days. To achieve, this I will begin by doing as many as I can. I will try to do 10, but if I can't, I will do "girl" push-ups until I reach 10. Each day I will try to do one more on-my-toes push-up than the day before. If I am able to do 10 on-my-toes push-ups before 7 days are complete, I'll sustain that 10.

My sit-up goal is to begin doing 15 on the first day. Each day I will add an extra 5 to that number. I will do 50 on the last day.
